Cosa farai concretamente

  • Gestirai e ottimizzerai l'infrastruttura EUC aziendale: endpoint, mobile, VDI.
  • Amministrerai e configurerai Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager e/o VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch), JAMF, Omnissa Horizon 8, Azure Windows 365, SCCM.

MD-102 Endpoint Administrator) o JAMF.

English version

Who Outmatic is

Outmatic is a tech company that designs and builds complex digital solutions for brands and companies operating in technologically demanding environments.

We work on core systems, large-scale platforms and products where architecture, quality and reliability aren't abstract concepts, but everyday decision criteria. Every technical decision is made considering its impact over time, on the stability of the system and on the people who will maintain and use it.

We work with international clients taking real ownership of projects: we don't just execute requests, we help clarify problems, evaluate alternatives and build solutions that hold up over the long term.

Why this collaboration

We're looking for a Senior EUC (End User Computing) Engineer to join an infrastructure team and contribute to the evolution of the digital workplace: endpoints, mobile and VDI across distributed enterprise environments.

The role calls for an end-to-end view: not just day-to-day device management, but standardisation, automation, security and full lifecycle ownership.

The collaboration is 100% remote, on a freelance/contractor basis (Partita IVA). What counts is the value you bring and the way you work, not where you connect from.

What you'll actually do

  • Manage and optimise the company's EUC infrastructure: endpoints, mobile, VDI.
  • Administer and configure Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and/or VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch), JAMF, Omnissa Horizon 8, Azure Windows 365, SCCM.
  • Maintain security, compliance and conditional access policies across all devices.
  • Own the full device lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, updates and decommissioning.
  • Handle application packaging and distribution (MSI, Win32, PowerShell scripts) and streamlined macOS and Windows 11 upgrades.
  • Work alongside the CyberSecurity, Datacenter & Network, Identity and Access and SRE teams to keep the workplace integrated and secure.
  • Support users and resolve complex technical incidents involving devices, M365, VPN or authentication.
  • Document processes, procedures and scripts, keeping internal knowledge bases up to date.

Technical skills we genuinely need

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the main endpoint management tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager, JAMF and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 / M365, Google Workspace, BitLocker, SentinelOne and compliance policies.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and conditional access.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS and Android.
  • PowerShell scripting and process automation skills.
  • Working knowledge of VDI (Azure Virtual Desktop or VMware Horizon).
  • Familiarity with SCCM / MECM and co-management scenarios.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102 Endpoint Administrator) or JAMF certifications.
  • Experience with Omnissa Horizon 8 or Windows 365.
  • Familiarity with Zero Touch / Autopilot approaches and large-scale device enrollment.
  • Availability to travel when needed.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a team within a dynamic, growing environment.

How we work (and the kind of person we're looking for)

We're looking for people who are autonomous and organised, able to take real ownership of their work.

At Outmatic, communication is direct and transparent: technical decisions are explained, discussed and improved together. We prefer people who bring solutions and well-framed questions, rather than problems left hanging.

If you're interested in working on critical infrastructure, with real attention to security, automation and operational quality, this might be the right place for you.

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with solid and proven experience in .NET/C# and Next.js/React, capable of building modern, scalable, and reliable software. The ideal candidate knows how to use AI to remove repetitive and tedious work, while still maintaining full ownership of what is being built, understanding the system deeply, and performing thorough code reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Develop full stack web applications with backend services in .NET/C# and frontend interfaces in Next.js/React.

  • Design and implement APIs, application services, and frontend components that are robust, maintainable, and performant.

  • Integrate AI-driven features into the product in a pragmatic and value-oriented way.

  • Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solid technical solutions.

  • Deliver features to production with strong attention to performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

  • Write automated tests and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase.

  • Perform deep and thoughtful code reviews, with a critical eye on technical, architectural, and operational trade-offs.

  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, development, debugging, and documentation, without blindly delegating important technical decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid and proven experience in .NET/C# development for web applications and APIs.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.

  • Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.

  • Proven experience managing software development end to end, with strong attention to scalability, production readiness, testing, code quality, operational reliability, and maintainability.

  • Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of delivery.

  • AI-augmented mindset: able to use AI effectively to eliminate repetitive work and increase productivity, while still fully understanding the system and being able to perform deep code reviews.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with LLM APIs, RAG, semantic search, or agentic workflows.

  • Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures.

  • Background in startup, product, or high-intensity consulting environments.

  • Strong attitude toward rapid experimentation, automation, and continuous improvement.

How we work

We use AI to reduce repetitive work and accelerate execution, but we do not want to lose technical control over the product. It is essential to understand what is being built, evaluate code critically, and maintain high standards for quality, testing, and reliability. We are looking for people who combine speed, autonomy, and technical depth.

What we offer

  • Work on real products with meaningful impact.

  • A modern stack and space to influence architectural decisions.

  • A culture focused on ownership, quality, and speed.

  • The chance to use AI as a real productivity lever, not just as a trend.
